The restricted version of this utility ....

• Allows enlarged views with rectangular outline only.
• Automatically clips the entities to the outline.
• Supports lines and circles only.
• Outline drawn on layer "0".
• Command line driven, requires the designation of rectangular extents, scale factor and insertion point.

The full version of this utility ....

• Greater range of supported entities including arcs, ellipses, polylines and splines amongst others.
• Outline drawn on current layer.
• Circular and elliptical outlines supported as well as rectangular.
